RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Satisfied or got your money back — no problem.

We hope your Anima Pura jewelry moves you as much as we did creating it. However, if something doesn't go as planned, here's our return policy.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication to: [insert email], indicating:

• order number

• name and surname

• product you wish to return

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, intact, complete with original packaging and accessories.

Customized products

Custom-made jewelry (with personalized choices of color, stone, symbol or engraving) is not subject to return as per art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
However, if the product has a defect or an error compared to what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Return shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.

• We recommend tracked shipping: Anima Pura is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during returns.

Refund times

• Once we have received and verified your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
