Each Anima Pura jewel is handmade, on request or in small quantities. For this reason, preparation times can vary from 3 to 7 working days from the moment of order confirmation. In case of customizations, we may contact you to define the details together before proceeding with the creation.

Once ready, the order is entrusted to the courier. The estimated shipping times are:

• Italy: 5–10 working days

• European Union: 7–14 working days

• Other countries: 14 – 20 working days (varies depending on destination and customs regulations)

All orders are trackable. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

• Italy: €10 (free for orders over €90)

• Europe: from €22, calculated at checkout

• Rest of the world: from €25, depending on the destination

Costs are automatically calculated in the cart before payment.

Each order is carefully packaged in a sustainable and refined packaging, designed to be ready also as a gift. If you wish to add a personalized message, you can indicate it in the order form.

Shipping times may vary during holidays or high volume periods. Anima Pura is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or for any customs fees due to international shipments.
